I caught one earlier this year that was 16 inches on a crankbait and my tourney partner hit one two years ago about 13 inches also on a crankbait. That is my dad in the picture and he was told by the guy that brought this muskie back that there was another muskie floating by the dam, but it was much smaller.

You can tell this gentleman isn't used to catching Muskie on that lake. He's lipping it like a bass. Nice fish!

Mike, the muskie is dead. That is the only reason my dad is lipping it. Obviously he would not be lipping it if it were alive. He has caught plenty of northern pike in his life so if this fish were live, he would not be doing this.

I wonder if this is a result of spraying the lake to kill the shad?
