Now I just need to get buddy-buddy with whoever did that survey and find out where they shocked up those 20"+ smallies.

The chart definitely seems just about right. Fish the Wednesday/Saturday tourneys over there and typically catch fish that fall into this typical breakdown. Last Wednesday I boated around 25, but only had three that were 14" or better. It seems like when the small ones are biting, that's just about all you catch. I've had other days over there where every fish you catch seems to go 14" or better. Of course those are days when no tourney is going on...
