Overall, an excellent job Brian. But, there are other perspectives on this which you haven't covered - you couldn't hope to cover in total unless you go outside yourself; measures that have a profound effect on performance. All I'll say about it now is that there are other fisherman doing lees than you, some of them are doing much of what you are doing, and some do more than you, which you can't control. Then there's the fish perspective/comparative importance as well. There are some things however, each of us can do to increase the odds for all.

Coincidentally, I have something simmering with Steve Quinn on this. Guaranteed to open a lot of eyes, and close some others, tighter than before.
